Cascade Risk Management was founded to close the gap between what the Building Safety Act is asking from you ad how that is done in reality. We combine have combined our safety risk management expertise from operating in highly regulated industries with software built specifically for UK high-rise residential buildings.
How we work

We support building safety managers in local councils and registered providers, managing agents handling disparate portfolios and consultants writing cases on behalf of clients.
Some clients start with the Cascade platform to bring their portfolio under control or ask us to support them in writing it. Others start with Cascade Verify to test a safety case that is nearly ready. Many use our training to build confidence in the team first. Wherever you start, the goal is the same: a clear risk picture.
