Cascade Risk Management is proud to bring you Building Safety 101. This course consists of five modules designed to prepare you and your peers to uphold the requirements of The Building Safety Act 2022. Learners will explore the requirements of sections 83 and 84 of the BSA, exploring risk, risk perception and how we can better understand it. The final module is a live virtual session in which we will discuss and consolidate on the concepts covered, using a relevant case study. the course is delivered via our LMS at https://www.academy.cascade-risk.com/courses/buildingsafety101. You will be taken there to book and pay. The course is delivered in easy to digest, 20 minute sessions with the culminating module taking 1 hour.

Cancellation Policy
Course Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy 1. Course Booking and Payments 1.1. When booking a course, the course start and finish times, as well as the venue details, will be provided on the course schedule at the time of booking. 1.2. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your place on the course. 1.3. Bookings are non-transferable to other individuals without prior consent. 1.4. Course participants are responsible for attending at the correct time and venue as specified on the course confirmation email. 2. Cancellations and Refunds 2.1. Cancellation by the Participant - Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the course start date will be refunded in full. - Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before the course start date will incur a 50% charge. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be refunded. 2.2. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or our online cancellation form, and the date of the request will determine eligibility for a refund. 3. Changes or Cancellations by Us 3.1. Course Cancellation Due to Insufficient Numbers - Each course requires a minimum of 5 participants to proceed. - If fewer than 5 participants are booked 7 days before the course start date, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course. - If a course is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, we will notify participants at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. 3.2. Refunds for Course Cancellation by Us - In the event of a course cancellation due to insufficient participants, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of the same value. 3.3. Rescheduling Due to Circumstances Beyond Our Control - In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, or instructor illness), we reserve the right to reschedule the course. - In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer to a future course date or a full refund if rescheduling is not suitable.
